Project Life 2015: Inspiration & Template Freebie

It’s time for Project Life 2015

This year, everything will be different – at least when it comes to my Project Life 2015 efforts. I still have my folders for 2013 and 2014 on my desktop – and I finished maybe 3 or 4 pages. What a shame. This year I really plan to keep up with my project life at least at the end of the month. So far, so good – I have already three weeks for 2015 *yeay*. Let’s see how I am doing in a couple of months :).

I used the fonts  STENCIL and Tw Cent MT. The Background is from Tracy Martin Designs (Holiday Bling – Scuffed Krafts).

Method

My phone is connected to my Camera Uploads of Dropbox – so I have all my daily pictures directly on my laptop. Regularly I move those pics to my folders for 2015. So I have all the according pictures of one week in one folder – this makes it easier to create the pages.

I created a template for me to make the process even faster – I use the clipping mask function of Photoshop to insert the pictures easily into the predefined placeholders (see an easy tutorial here: Pixelscrapper Tutorial about Clipping Masks).

Journaling Cards

Normally, I also insert journaling cards but this one week was so full of events that I had no space. But I will let you know about any free stuff I am using throughout my year.

For example, one of the free journaling cards I use are some German calendar cards from Me & my button.

Free Template

I now offer you the template I created for free download. Maybe it helps you to keep up this year as well :). I made several layers which substitute eachother – depending on the content you have. So you can create different variants of the basic layout.

The file is in PSD. If you need the .png-files just let me know. You can download it from my Dropbox: DOWNLOAD

I’ll also try to keep you updated about my progress and any resources I create or use. I get so much of insipration from other people’s layouts – so I want to give at least a little bit back :).
